Do we need a creditcard to rent a car?

You do not need a creditcard to rent a car with us.

What are the conditions for a "One Way Rental"?

A One way rental is allowed from 1 week rental.

The car have to be returned on Heraklion or Chania airport.

One way rentals less than 1 week are not allowed.

Can you bring the car to our hotel on Crete?

Yes, we bring the car to your hotel or apartment with additional surcharge.

Do you have offices or parking lots at the airport?

Yes, we have offices and parking lots on Heraklion airport
and Chania airport.

Do you have a car rental office in or near Chersonissos?

We have an office in Chersonissos.

East of Chersonissos, the way to Stalis.

Due to the Corona my trip will be canceled, will I get my deposit back?

Yes, your reservation will be canceled free of charge and the deposit will be refunded.
We also did this to all our customers in 2020, we do not give any unsolicited vouchers.

Why does Eye Drive require a deposit?

This is certainty for both sides.

- We (Eye Drive) know that the customer will pick up the car they have reserved.

- As a customer you are sure that you have reserved a car, you also have a payment as proof.

Are your cars cleaned or disinfected with regard to COVID19 / CORONA

Yes, all our cars are cleaned and disinfected immediately after every rental period.

We have purchased a machine for this purpose to also clean / disinfect the upholstery.

Our employees wear protective clothing.
